Sometimes the only way you can love some people is to be away from them, avoiding their impact on you.... conflict and Sadness reside in the same chakra. To be suddenly overwhelmed with either of these emotions - like Mick describes during his trip to Seoul in 2010, notice the emotion, look around and see where it's 'coming from' - what it's about - and get away from it as is possible...
